1. Air compressor (screw type): Air is used as raw material to collect and compress air to 8 bar
2. Cold dryer: Standard configuration removes moisture and impurities from the air, making its dew point reach -20 ºC (intermediate configuration uses adsorption dryer, dew point reaches -40 ºC; advanced configuration uses combination dryer, dew point reaches -60 ºC)
3. Precision filter: A/T/C three-stage filter for oil removal, dust removal, and impurity removal
4. Air buffer tank: stores pure and dry air as raw material reserve for subsequent adsorption and separation of oxygen and nitrogen. 5. Adsorption tower: A&B adsorption towers can work alternately, regenerate adsorption, and filter out oxygen molecules by filling sodium type molecular sieves. 6. Oxygen&nitrogen analyzer: real-time monitoring and analysis of oxygen and nitrogen purity

working principle
According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, high-quality carbon molecular sieves are used as adsorbents. Under a certain pressure, due to kinetic effects, there is a significant difference in the diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieves. By utilizing the large amount of oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieves, nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase, achieving oxygen nitrogen separation.
Due to the significant difference in oxygen adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves with different pressures, reducing the pressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, regenerate the carbon molecular sieve, and enable repeated recycling.
