According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities by the molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, achieving nitrogen oxygen separation under the action of pressure swing adsorption. Adopting a dual tower or multi tower structure, oxygen is adsorbed while desorption and regeneration are carried out. The opening and closing of pneumatic valves are controlled by intelligent programs such as PLC, allowing the two or more towers to cycle alternately and continuously produce high-quality oxygen.

2. Cold dryer: Standard configuration removes moisture and impurities from the air, making its dew point reach -20 ºC (intermediate configuration uses adsorption dryer, dew point reaches -40 ºC; advanced configuration uses combination dryer, dew point reaches -60 ºC)

3. Precision filter: A/T/C three-stage filter for oil removal, dust removal, and impurity removal

4. Air buffer tank: stores pure and dry air as raw material reserve for subsequent adsorption and separation of oxygen and nitrogen. 5. Adsorption tower: A&B adsorption towers can work alternately, regenerate adsorption, and filter out oxygen molecules by filling sodium type molecular sieves. 6. Oxygen&nitrogen analyzer: real-time monitoring and analysis of oxygen and nitrogen purity

7. Valves&Pipelines: Intelligent control valves achieve fully automatic operation of equipment, PLC control, SUS304 pipeline. 8. Oxygen&Nitrogen Buffer Tanks: Store oxygen and nitrogen with qualified purity
