According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities by the molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, achieving nitrogen oxygen separation under the action of pressure swing adsorption. Adopting a dual tower or multi tower structure, oxygen is adsorbed while desorption and regeneration are carried out. The opening and closing of pneumatic valves are controlled by intelligent programs such as PLC, allowing the two or more towers to cycle alternately and continuously produce high-quality oxygen.

3. Precision filter: A/T/C three-stage filter for oil removal, dust removal, and impurity removal

4. Air buffer tank: stores pure and dry air as raw material reserve for subsequent adsorption and separation of oxygen and nitrogen. 5. Adsorption tower: A&B adsorption towers can work alternately, regenerate adsorption, and filter out oxygen molecules by filling sodium type molecular sieves. 6. 9. Pressure regulator: Adjust and stabilize the outlet pressure of oxygen and nitrogen (3-6 bar). 10. Dust filter: Remove dust caused by molecular sieves in oxygen and nitrogen
